1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing the Ogichidaa Covenant Facilitator Certification portal and submitting your information to Gitche-Ogimaa L3C, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern your use of our application processes, communication channels, and educational materials.

2. Program Description Gitche-Ogimaa L3C provides certification, mentorship, and operational frameworks (including the Ogichidaa Operating System) to facilitators. The services include application processing, digital resource access, and communication regarding your certification status.

3. SMS and Mobile Communications (Vital for Verification) By providing your phone number and submitting our forms, you consent to the following:

  • Program Name: Gitche-Ogimaa L3C Verification & Alerts.

  • Purpose: We send One-Time Passcodes (OTP) to verify your identity (2FA) and notifications regarding the status of your application.

  • Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interaction with the system (e.g., one message per login attempt).

  • Cost: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.

  • Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to the short code or number. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

  • Help: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at ogichidaa@gitche-ogimaa.io.

  • Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. User Responsibilities (The Covenant) As an applicant or participant, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and verifiable information (honoring the principle of Truth).

  • Maintain the security of your verification codes and access credentials.

  • Use the materials and systems provided solely for their intended purpose of certification and stewardship.

5. Intellectual Property All content, methodologies (including the Ogichidaa Operating System frameworks), and materials provided by Gitche-Ogimaa L3C are the intellectual property of Gitche-Ogimaa L3C. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

6. Termination We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services if you violate these Terms, specifically if you provide false data or misuse the verification system.

7. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Kansas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
