Gitche-Ogimaa L3C
1. Educational and Coaching Nature of Services The services provided by Gitche-Ogimaa L3C, including all consultations, workshops, mentorship, and the application of the Ogichidaa Operating System (OOS), are strictly for educational, strategic planning, and personal performance purposes. The OOS is a methodology designed to assist in personal governance, operational organization, and strategic self-leadership.
2. Not Medical or Mental Health Advice Gitche-Ogimaa L3C is not a healthcare provider, and our staff are not licensed physicians, psychologists, psychotherapists, or counselors.
No Diagnosis: We do not diagnose, treat, or cure any mental or physical health conditions.
Distinction from Therapy: While our work focuses on transforming "chaos into clarity," this is achieved through operational frameworks (IRAMP Engine) and cultural philosophies, not through clinical therapy.
Crisis Protocol: If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, suicidal ideation, or a medical emergency, please call 911, contact the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline immediately, or go to the nearest emergency room.
3. Not Legal or Financial Advice Although the IRAMP Engine has historical roots in legal administration and creates structured documentation, Gitche-Ogimaa L3C does not provide legal advice or legal representation.
Any "verdicts," "judgments," or "policies" discussed within the context of the OOS are metaphorical tools for personal decision-making, not valid legal opinions.
Consult with a licensed attorney or certified financial advisor for all legal and financial matters.
4. Personal Responsibility (The "CEO" Clause) By engaging our services, you acknowledge that you are the sole decision-maker for your life. You act as the "Chief Executive" of your personal affairs.
Outcomes: We provide the "Infrastruction" (systems and plans), but you supply the "Manpower" (effort). Therefore, Gitche-Ogimaa L3C makes no guarantees regarding specific results, income, or outcomes.
Assumption of Risk: You accept full responsibility for your choices, actions, and results arising from the coaching relationship.
5. Cultural Context Our methodology utilizes Anishinaabe cultural frameworks (e.g., the Medicine Wheel, Seven Grandfather Teachings). References to "medicine," "healing," or "spirit" are used in a traditional, cultural, or philosophical context—not a pharmaceutical or clinical one.
6. Confidentiality We adhere to strict professional confidentiality regarding your personal information and "Seeds" (ideas/projects). However, this confidentiality is limited by state and federal laws regarding mandatory reporting of abuse or imminent harm to self or others.
User Acknowledgement: By scheduling a session or utilizing the Ogichidaa Operating System materials, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this disclaimer.
